My partner and I are extremely impressed by the quality of furniture from Arhaus. Since we bought our house earlier this year, we have consistently come back to shop at Arhaus. We love every single piece we have gotten - from our bed, nightstands, dining table, dining chairs, couch, swivel chair, rugs, to even candle holders. Every single piece is solid and eye-catching. On top of that, Paul and Melissa at the Palo Alto store have been extremely helpful. They’ve helped us pick out furniture and process complicated orders. When we upsized our table, they proactively reached out via phone call to check if one of the rugs we ordered was for the dining or living room. They wanted to check if we needed to resize the rug, just in case it was meant for the dining room. That attention to detail is simply delightful. We enjoy passing by the store, and everyone there has been amazing. Strongly recommend the brand and the branch!

I was in the Palo Alto Arhaus store a few times and was ultimately assisted by Jean and Paul. They were very kind, knowledgeable, and patient. They made me feel at ease about making all my purchases and really put together beautiful spaces. There was no pressure, which I really appreciated and I had time to make the decisions that were right for me. I have been to a few other places where it was pressure sales. That is a no go for me and I just walk out. Go see these two, you will have some laughs and get quality merch! They really take the time with you. Customer service is top notch! Thank you!

Annie at the Palo Alto location is one of the best customer-service oriented employees I have ever met. Her calm demeanor makes it very easy to talk to her and she is completely willing to help when issues may arise. We recently had an issue with a particular piece of furniture and Annie went above and beyond to help us get the item exchanged in a way that satisfied us. A lot of times you have to fight for what's right, but Annie didn't make it a fight, she was on our side the whole time and dealt with corporate for us in a way that got us the best outcome. It's very rare unfortunately to come by someone in retail that cares so much about customers and takes the time to help in any way possible and do the right thing. She even got us multiple price adjustments when the item we ordered dropped in price before it was delivered! Annie is the only person I'd trust when I shop at Arhaus, she never drives a hard sale and she always looks out for the best interest of the customer and realizes that Arhaus is a premium brand that should be offering the highest level of customer satisfaction. I wish her the best in her career, she is a true gem and Arhaus is lucky to have her! If you get a chance to shop at the Palo Alto location, look for Annie, she is 100 percent the one you want working on your order.

We had the BEST experience with the uber knowledgeable and kind Myles Klein. He was so helpful and guided us to our fantastic new living room furniture which we love! Amazing products, and quality. We originally went to RH but found Arhaus quality superior made in USA and great delivery times. thank you for all! ps we got couches and chairs!

Melissa and her team at Palo Alto Arhaus (including Alex, Nicole, Isaiah, Allison, Lara) were truly exceptional. From the start, they were proactive, kind, and incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. Melissa helped us navigate multiple challenges with our furniture pieces, always showing extreme patience and thoughtfulness. Her dedication and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and reassuring. She helped us to coordinate deliveries and pickups despite our crazy travel schedules.
